Context & role

At Doktorsitesi.com I owned the Hospital Panel end-to-end as Product & Project Specialist: writing the PRD, shaping a structured backlog, coordinating sprint delivery, and overseeing stage and production testing with hospital stakeholders.

The problem

Hospital partners needed one place to onboard doctors and keep profiles accurate — but affiliation was fragmented, online calendars did not stay in sync both ways with Doktorsitesi, and ops lacked a clear view to monitor clinicians across locations.

The solution

We shipped a dedicated Hospital Panel: hospitals onboard doctors, manage affiliations, and keep doctor calendars synced both ways with Doktorsitesi — so availability stays consistent for chains like Medipol, Metrolife, and 10+ hospitals.

Panel capabilities

What hospitals run in one place — onboard doctors, sync online calendars both ways, and monitor status without chasing spreadsheets.

Onboard

Hospitals add and activate affiliated doctors with a clear onboarding path instead of ad-hoc email threads.

Calendars

Two-way online calendar integration keeps doctor availability aligned between Doktorsitesi and hospital systems — updates flow in both directions.

Monitor

Status, affiliations, and sync health are visible at a glance — so chains can oversee doctors across locations without guesswork.

Outcomes

  • Hospitals can onboard doctors without a ticket maze
  • Calendars stay synced both ways between Doktorsitesi and hospital systems
  • Ops gets a clearer view across 10+ hospital partners
